A MAN has admitted making an offer to supply cannabis and possession of the class B drug.
Jack Evans of High Street, Droitwich, admitted the drugs offences when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Thursday, April 11.
The 20-year-old admitted being concerned in making an offer to supply a controlled drug to another between November 29, 2017 and June 11, 2018.
He admitted a further charge of possession of a controlled drug of class B (cannabis resin) on June 11 last year.
Nick Berry, defending, said: "There's no written basis of plea. He's subject to a suspended sentence order for offences which do not place him, by commission of these offences, in breach. This order was imposed in February 2019 at Birmingham Magistrates Court for possession of an offensive weapon."
Mr Berry asked that the case be adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
The case was adjourned until May 7. Evans was granted bail on condition he co-operates with the probation service in the preparation of the report.
