- PRIME Minister Theresa May suffered a landslide parliamentary defeat in last night's meaningful vote.
- Mrs May's bid to push her controversial Withdrawal Agreement through the House of Commons was defeated by a 230-vote margin and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn swiftly tabled a motion of no confidence in the aftermath of the crushing defeat.
- Herefordshire's MPs took opposing positions in the landmark vote.
- Bill Wiggin, MP for North Herefordshire refused to toe the party line, joining the 117 other Conservative rebels to vote against Mrs May's deal.
- Jesse Norman, MP for Hereford and South Herefordshire was one of 196 Conservatives to vote in favour of the deal.
- Mrs May now faces a Parliamentary no confidence vote, in which MPs will vote at 7pm today.
