THERE was a big crowd in attendance for Evesham's popular Festival of Lights.
The free event, the second held, saw more than 100 people bring lanterns for a special parade on a route from the Rowing Club to Market Square.
Involved this year were scouting and guiding groups, families and the art garage.
Lanterns brought along to the event included unicorns, snowmen, flowers and a large swan that led the parade.
Kelly-Anne Archer , who helps organise the event with Clive and Gill Stewart and Niki Speake said: "We would love to thank everyone who turned out to the second successful year and the marshalls who helped on the night.
"It was wonderful to see so many different lanterns. We have also been enlightened to many amazing ideas for next year.
"Thank you again to everyone who supported this event, making it possible for the local community. We look forward to seeing you back in 2019."
