EMERGENCY services were called to Monkland after two cars collided at a junction.
The accident took place at the meeting of the A44 and A4110 near Monkland this morning.
An ambulance spokeswoman said: "We were called by police just after 11.20 to reports of a two vehicle RTC. One ambulance, a paramedic officer and a community first responder attended."
Both patients were assessed at the scene by medics but neither required hospital treatment.
