1st Studley Beavers receive first aid training from Martin Barry
THE 1st Studley Beavers have been given to help to pass their first aid badges from Martin Barry, from Recovery First Aid Training.
Beavers have re-created accidents with fake blood and bandages, practised the recovery position and discussed who to phone for emergency help.
Leader Emma Johns said: “The boys excitedly got to grips with the idea of a bit of blood and gore, but they also took on board the serious side to emergency aid. We would like to thank Martin for teaching the Beavers."
