A STUDLEY care home opened its doors for a community tea and conversation event.
Studley Rose, part of the Macc Care Group, launched its first Brews and Stews gathering, serving hot stew, tea and biscuits to local residents as part of its community outreach in 2026.
Guests were welcomed inside to tour the facilities and learn more about the care home’s services, including nursing, dementia, residential and respite care.
Bhav Amlani, director at Macc Care, said: "Events like Brews and Stews truly embody our values as a group, creating spaces that feel like home, where people can come together over simple pleasures and meaningful conversation.
"We’re proud to see Studley Rose so warmly embraced by its local community and we look forward to continuing to build those connections throughout the year."
Faye Maycroft, home manager at Studley Rose, said she enjoyed meeting both regular visitors and first-time guests.
The event is part of a broader effort by Macc Care to strengthen community ties through welcoming, inclusive events and open-door outreach.
