A family-run business is set to expand its services after securing a brand-new base near Redditch.

Commercial decorators, FH Harvey, has moved its former base in Henley-in-Arden to a landmark office building at 88 Birmingham Road in Studley.

The company, which has completed decoration and maintenance projects at The Mercian, Moda Living and the Queen Elizabeth Elizabeth Hospital, hopes the move will help build its reputation and grow the business.

The team worked with John Truslove to sign the lease for the 1,636 sq ft Suite A on the second floor of Studley Point.

Commercial Director of FH Harvey, Greg Harvey, said: "We found Ben and the John Truslove team to be very helpful throughout the process and an essential part of the brokering deal."

FH Harvey is currently working on projects including the expansion of Shepperton Studios, the home of Netflix, adding 17 new sound stages to the existing 14.

The company is also working with Sir Robert McAlpine of the Phase 3B redevelopment of Battersea Power Station.

Joint managing director of John Truslove, Ben Truslove, said: "Studley Point provides the ideal headquarters premises for a company like Harvey UK. Renovation work means it provides all the services it needs to maintain its nationwide operations as well as staff parking.

"Following Harvey UK's arrival, there is just a single suite of space left at Studley Point highlighting its popularity for growing businesses.

"It is one of a broad range of office premises included in our portfolio as we work with landlords across the area making John Truslove the first point of contact for any company looking for a new home."
