A PLAN has been lodged to convert a dwelling house into a residential care home for children with disabilities.
The proposed children's home would be located at 100 St George's Road in Redditch.
The planning application outlines that the three-bedroom house would provide care for three children.
According to the planning statement: "The proposed use is to be a residential care home for children with disabilities.
"The house will be a home for three children.
"The existing hard and soft landscaped areas will be retained and maintained. A bike store and bin store are proposed to the rear garden".
The planning application was submitted to Redditch Borough Council on Monday, January 29.
People can view the application by searching the reference 24/00088/FUL on the council's planning portal.
The application is now pending consideration.
