Exhibition manager Guy Craddock said: “This will be the 50th Redditch Model Railway Exhibition which has come a long way since the first in 1967 and each year the event is proving to be very popular with visitors who travel from all over the country to the show.

“We hope many more will visit this year’s show to help us celebrate our special anniversary and make the event even better.”

Admission to the event is £6 but free for under-16s and includes a free souvenir exhibition guide.

The exhibition will be open between 10am and 5pm on Saturday (September 16) and 10am and 4.30pm on Sunday (September 17).
