THE popular Redditch Classic Motor Show is revving back into town this week, promising a spectacular display of vintage and iconic vehicles.

Around 100 vehicles from tractors and military vehicles to American rally cars and retro cars will be on display in the town centre.

The free event, organised by Redditch BID, is taking place on Saturday, July 15 between 11am to 4pm.

BID manager, Muj Rahman, said: "We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Redditch Classic Motor Show.

“This event is a testament to our community's love and appreciation for timeless automobiles.

“This year's show is set to be our biggest and most impressive yet.

“The Redditch Classic Motor Show is not just a gathering of beautiful vintage cars; it is a celebration of our local heritage and the craftsmanship that went into creating these automotive marvels.”

Mr Rahman added: “We aim to provide a platform for classic car enthusiasts to come together, connect, and share their passion for these treasured vehicles.

“This year we have expanded to include the Kingfisher Shopping Centre that will be centre stage for a mind-blowing appearance by none other than the legendary Batman himself, accompanied by the iconic Batmobile.

“We are confident that the Redditch Classic Motor Show will be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.”

Adrian Field, general manager at Kingfisher Shopping Centre said: “We are really looking forward to seeing the huge number of cars on show for the public to come and see.

“This event is growing each year which is fantastic for the town, and we are particularly excited about the Batmobile and Batman appearing in the Kingfisher Centre as part of the event as it provides an opportunity for people of all ages to get up close and have their picture taken with such icons.”
