A PART-TIME actress and part-time NHS worker is set to star in a new play focussed around the Post Office Horizon scandal.
Sarah Pitts is to take to the stage for ‘False Accounts’ which is running at the Old Joint Stock Theatre, Birmingham between October 19 and October 22.
The Redditch actress will play several roles in the production which is produced by Outcasts Creative.
Sarah said: “It's a brilliant new piece with local actors, about the Post Office Horizon scandal, which is under inquiry now.
“We believe this is a really important piece and have been told by those who went through it in real life that it is actually having a positive influence on expediting government action.
“For me, it is an honour to be a part of this production to help tell the victim's story and raise awareness. I am excited for next week. “
