WE looked back at Worcestershire's former Big Brother contestants amid the news the series is being re-launched by ITV.

Big Brother will return to screens next year following a five-year hiatus after being revived by ITV.

The programme – which sees housemates live together in a custom-built home for weeks without access to the outside world in a bid to win a cash prize – started in 2000 on Channel 4 and Channel 5 took over in 2011.

Worcestershire has had two contestants in the past who featured in the early series of the show.

Tim Culley was a student and tennis coach when he appeared on Big Brother 3, back in 2022.

He was a former Malvern College student, who was evicted from the house on day 57 after reiving 81% of the public vote against fellow housemate Alex Sibley.

Tim was the only housemate in Big Brother 3 who lived on a side of the House on their own and he also played the role of "Jodey" in Big Brother Panto.

According to Big Brother UK Wiki, after leaving the House, Tim moved to South Africa and took up a job in banking.

In Big Brother 4, back in 2003, Annuszka Nowak, better known as Nush, represented the county.

She was a sales assistant from Malvern, who was evicted on day 57 in the house.

Nush faced the public vote more times than any other female Big Brother 4 housemate.

After leaving the House, Nush went on to study psychology.

Also in Big Brother 4, we had Stephanie Coldicott from Redditch.

Steph and Nush are tied for having received the highest number of nominations of any female Big Brother 4 housemate.

They are also the only two female housemates to have survived an eviction.

Stephanie left on day 64 and finished fourth in the series.

Meanwhile, with the news of the revival, Worcester's Jake McKinley has started a petition to get himself on the next series, after claiming it is his lifelong dream.
