New state-of-the-art care home to open in Redditch later this year

Millcroft is set to open in October and will provide residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents.

The new home will also bring 65 jobs to the area and is recruiting for various positions such as care management, care assistants and kitchen, and domestic and admin staff.

The state-of-the-art home, which is located on Alfrick Close, has received a £12m investment and will be provider, Ideal Carehome’s 32nd home.

The home boasts a cinema, a botanical room leading onto landscaped gardens, a traditional tearoom with a balcony, a beauty parlour and Sky Bar.
