POLICE have launched an appeal after thieves targeted work vehicles in Alcester.
Between 5pm on January 17 and 7.30am on January 19, offenders tried to gain access to unattended work vehicles in Captain’s Hill.
On one of the attempts they stole a diesel particle Filter system.
Officers investigating a theft from a motor vehicle now want witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson for Warwickshire Police said: “Anyone with information should call 101 quoting incident number 116 of 20 January 2022.
“Alternatively, you can stay anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
