A REDDITCH man paid a high price for dropping a cigarette end in Birmingham city centre.
Gzim Ceney of Laburnam Close, was handed a court bill of £339 for throwing down a cigarette in Stephenson Street, Birmingham.
The 27-year-old was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge at Birmingham Magistrates Court on January 11.
The offence happened on June 9 last year.
