A PLAN has been lodged to convert a former warehouse into apartments in Redditch.
An application has been submitted to Redditch Borough Council for approval to change the use of unit 4 of Millsborough House from commercial to residential use.
The applicant wants to convert the former Victorian warehouse into 30 apartments over the ground, first and second floors.
There are also plans to restore the facade of the building facing Lodge Road and to replace the windows with black timber double glazed units.
The application states how the apartments would be accessed from the courtyard at the rear of the building and a balcony would also be built within the courtyard.
It would be a car free development, the application adds.
