A BRAND new "luxury" care home in Studley has opened its doors to residents.

Studley Rose is now open on Pool Road and provides 65 bedrooms, along with a cinema and gym.

The home also includes ozone room sanitiser, temperature screening and infrared taps to keep it as Covid secure as possible.

Bosses at the Macc Care Grop say the home has been designed to create a strong sense of community and benefit the physical and mental well-being of each resident.

Sharen Guise, director of operations at Studley Rose, said: “We are delighted to announce that Studley Rose is officially open, offering an outstanding environment for both staff and residents. Studley Rose is a place where we can provide safe and kind care, placing people at the centre of what we do. Our dedicated staff members have been working round the clock to ensure we have the perfect offering for prospective residents in Studley and further afield to live fulfilling lives.”

Sharen added: “Building during the pandemic hasn’t been without its challenges, however, with meticulous attention to detail and expertise, we believe we have created an environment that aims to provide local people with the benchmark for how care should be delivered. Above all, we want to create a warm, compassionate, safe and friendly environment for everyone living with us.”
