Police closed the road
A MAIN road heading into Redditch was closed today after a two-car crash.
The accident happened on Coventry Highway at around 1pm this afternoon (Tuesday November 23).
Police closed the dual-carriageway heading towards Redditch for around an hour while the scene was cleared-up.
Thankfully no-one was hurt in the smash.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "Around 1pm today (Tuesday 23 November) officers received a report of a collision between two cars on Coventry Highway, Redditch.
"The road was closed while officers attended.
"No injuries were reported and one of the cars was recovered.
"The road reopened around 2pm."
