A BROMSGROVE council waste service has announced it is supporting a popular music festival in Redditch that is set to return next year.
The organisers of GlastonBeoley festival are “wasting” no time in planning for next year’s event thanks to the support of Bromsgrove District Council’s Commercial Waste Service.
The service will be providing waste options for festival goers as well as becoming an official sponsor of the main stage.
Debbie Joynes, from GlastonBeoley, said: “We’re so pleased to have Bromsgrove District Council’s Commercial Waste Team on board again this year with their wonderful community-led approach to their service.
“Everything is starting to fall into place already for next year’s festival. The Bees is booked, the stages are booked, stall holders are signing up, musicians are generously volunteering to play – all we need now is our audience!"
Next year’s festival is set to take place on June 18 and June 19.
