Madam,

So the car park 7 has now been demolished, much to annoyance of several people who found it so important when wanting to visit one of three health centres, Church visitors and indeed anybody wanting to visit that side of town.

I wonder what will be installed in it's place Perhaps more houses or flats with no car parking?

The slow destruction of what was once a characterful market town is progressing well. Pretty well all independent shops have been squeezed out, the market, as was, is gone.

The Kingfisher shopping centre was built to attract big business, unfortunately they are leaving like rats from a sinking ship. I suppose some idiot will now knock down the library and plant flowers!

I now travel to Bromsgrove, Alcester and Pershore for my major shopping. I once loved Redditch town centre, but it's now soulless and dead.

Jim Hope
