Christopher Spiller of Gill Street consumed 7 microgrammes of alcohol over the legal limit on April 24.

The 45-year-old was disqualified from driving for 14 months ordered to pay £135 in costs.

A woman from Kingswinford was found guilty by Dudley Magistrates of assault.

She was also ordered to pay £700 in costs and £100 in compensation.

The 19-year-old was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and conditionally discharged for nine months.

The 54-year-old was also disqualified from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £135 in costs.

A man from Stourbridge has pleaded guilty to racially aggravated abusive behaviour.

Dean Tromans from Bredon Road committed the offence against Davinder Sangha on December 10 in Stourbridge last year.

The 32-year-old was handed a community order by Wolverhampton Magistrates.

The order requires Tromans to participating in a thinking skills programme for 19 sessions.

He was also given a restraining order against Mr Sangha and pay a victim surcharge of £95.
