COVID-19: Nearly 25 per cent of Redditch residents have been fully vaccinated
NEW data from the NHS has revealed that 1 in 4 adults in Redditch have now been fully vaccinated.
Responding to the figures, Redditch MP Rachel Maclean said: “I’m so pleased almost 25 per cent of adults in Redditch have now received both doses of a Covid vaccine and 61 per cent of adults in the town have been given at least one dose.
"The vaccines are giving people a high degree of protection against Covid-19.
“We know the vaccines are saving thousands of lives, preventing hospitalisation and they’re ensuring we cautiously, but irreversibly move forwards on the government’s roadmap to ending restrictions.
“Please, when it is your turn to do so, get the jab.”
