A PLANNING application has been lodged to convert an office building into 69 new apartments in Redditch.
Highfield House off Headless Cross Drive is currently occupied by telecommunications provider AT&T.
Now, a plan has been drawn up to change the use of the three-storey office site, developed in the 1970s, to form new apartments.
Highfield House is situated next to a 149-space car parking area, that is also in AT&T ownership, which falls outside of the application site.
The site is bounded by Coldfield Drive to the south, Headless Cross Drive to the west and a wooded area to the north and east near the A448 Bromsgrove Highway.
Here are some of the latest planning applications to be accepted by Redditch Borough Council:
- Ferney Hill Avenue, Redditch -Two storey side extension
- Bloomsbury Close, Redditch - Single storey side extension with parapet wall
- Kingfisher School, Clifton Close Redditch - New modular classroom block
