POLICE are asking for dashcam footage of a Redditch crash which landed two young men in hospital.

The crash involving a black Audi TT and a red BMW 118d happened at the junction of Breachers Lane and the B4497 Icknield Street Drive at around 8.20pm on Wednesday (February 17).

Police, fire and ambulance services were called to the scene and two men, both aged 19, were rushed to hospital by ambulance.

Officers investigating the collision are now appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage from the scene.

A spokesman from West Mercia Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses including dash-cam footage following a road traffic collision where two cars collided at the junction of Breachers Lane and Icknield Street Drive (B4497) in Redditch.

"The incident occurred last night (Wednesday, February 17) at around 8.20pm.

"Police, fire service and ambulance were all in attendance.

"Icknield Street Drive, Breaches Lane, and nearby roads Morsefield Lane and Bartleet Road were closed for around four hours, and are now reopen.

"Two men, both aged 19 years old, were conveyed to hospital by ambulance.

"Investigating Officers are appealing for information from the public including dash-cam footage where a black Audi TT and a red BMW 118d collided.
