THERE’S no denying that Bradford is home to some stunning homes- but some properties just won’t sell.
According to Zoopla, the average North West property takes 49 days to go under offer.
However, some properties don’t adhere to this statistic and have been on the property market for years.
While they might have been on the market for a long time, these properties have a lot to offer- one of them could even be your next dream home.
Tom Parker, Consumer Spokesperson at Zoopla said: "If a property is taking longer than anticipated to sell, it often comes down to two factors: the asking price and the local market.
"We always recommend seeking advice from your estate agent to help drive the desirability of your listing - and being open to their feedback! If it's an issue with the interiors, it can pay dividends to clear the clutter and give the property a fresh lick of paint.
"Other times, it really does come down to patience; providing a property is priced accurately, and clean and tidy in appearance, there's no reason it shouldn't find a buyer."
Here are five Zoopla properties which have been on the Bradford property market for years:
Burnett Street
£119,995
This two bedroom flat is one of the oldest Bradford listings on Zoopla.
It was first put up for sale in October 2014- since then, its price has been slashed by £30,000.
However, the German built duplex apartment looks impressive.
The two bedrooms are described as “well proportioned” and the master bedroom has an en suite.
The flat itself has “crisp dove” white walls, “glossy” black kitchen units and sold oak wooden floors.
The living space also opens up to a huge private veranda - ideal for a summer barbecue during the warmer months.
Hastings Avenue
£79,500
On the market for a two bedroom town house?
If so, you are in luck as it doesn’t look like this property is being sold any time soon.
It has been on the market for over four years; since then, its price has been reduced twice and slashed by a total of £10,500.
The property is described as “delightful”, with gardens to the front and rear of the property.

Hopbine Avenue
£79,950
This three bedroom house has been listed for sale since 2016.
Since then, £2,550 has been knocked off the asking price.
Interestingly, this property has taken full advantage of its attic space by transforming it into another bedroom.
Every room in the house benefits from double glazing and there is also a private garden to the rear of the property.
Airedale Road
£92,500
It’s hard to believe that this two bedroom bungalow has been on the market for almost four years.
In August 2017, the price was reduced by £15,495- but the property was still unable to secure a buyer.
The kitchen of the property is fully fitted and both bedrooms are said to be a decent size.
The focal point of the property has to be the garden as it is a good size- even if it does need a little bit of maintenance and TLC.
Central Avenue
£79,995
This two bedroom property was first listed for sale back in December 2016.
Since then, £5,005 has been knocked off the original asking price.
The property itself has a lot of potential- but it does require some refurbishment and modernisation.
The living room has a feature fireplace and both bedrooms are described as “spacious”.
Could you be the one to finally remove it from the market?
