POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash in Temple Grafton, near Alcester, on Tuesday (November 24).
The smash at around 7.10pm when a white VW caddy van is believed to have come off the road and collided with a tree on Grafton Lane, close to the Blue Boar Inn.
The driver, a man in his 60s, suffered fatal injuries and was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
While formal identification is yet to take place, his next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage of the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to report this via the Warwickshire Police website or by calling 101 quoting incident number 307 of 24 November.
