A PAIR of twin sisters have launched Hadleigh’s first ever vegan eatery.
Blend, is Hayley and Amanda Lucas’ joint venture, after sharing the same vision for opening a healthy, vegan smoothie bar.
Hayley, said: “We shared a vision for opening a healthy, vegan smoothie bar with a grab-and-go concept to make breakfast and lunch on-the-go easy for vegans.
“As well as a core menu, we will also be offering weekly specials.
“We felt Hadleigh was the place to be, due to limited vegan options and Hadleigh being our hometown.
"We also sell craft coffee, home made soups packed full of fresh, nutritious veggies and a selection of paninis, bagels and sandwiches.”
The shop, at 281 London Road, is open seven-days-a week from 8am.
