Redditch United Women win thriller at the Acustofoam Stadium in the .
Redditch United Women travelled to face a strong Shifnal Town side at the Acustofoam Stadium in the preliminary round of the Vitality FA Women's Cup.
Despite having most of the possession and chances of their own, Redditch found themselves 2-0 down at half time.
But the Reds rallied in the second half and showed their true colours with goals from Katie Ross-Baker, Bethan Dutton and Jade Guppy, giving them a 2-3 lead.
However the drama was not over and in the ninth minute of somewhat baffling added time Shifnal broke clear to equalise.
No extra time at this phase of the cup so straight to the nail biting lottery of penalties.
Up stepped Price, Guppy, Ford, Bailey and Jackson, five perfectly struck penalties followed and Redditch were through to the next round.
