A HALESOWEN convenience store has gone up for sale.
Costcutter on Hagley Road is being sold with a asking price of £95k by G&T Properties.
The price includes the store and a one-bedroom flat above it.
The sales details note: "This hugely attractive convenience store offers a ready made business located in a popular location with a mass of passing trade and operating from the heart of the local community with an excellent customer base.
"A huge opportunity to acquire a great business."
Anyone buying the business and flat would then have to pay a £17k per annum lease plus utilities and business rates.
There is secure off-street parking, a kitchen, toilet and store rooms.
The shop has pay point and lottery facilities and is alarmed, with CCTV.
The sales notes state that the £95k price tag is a 'goodwill purchase price' and that there could be an 'opportunity to extend the opening hours and generate more income.'
