A MAN who flouted court orders has been jailed for two months.
Terence Richard Miller, 37, of no fixed abode, went to Milford House on Christchurch Road in Winchester to see a woman.
But he was prohibited by a restraining order imposed on February 21.
Miller pleaded guilty to the charge. He appeared in court via a live video link from custody.
Magistrates in Basingstoke have run out of patience with him and sent him to prison for eight weeks, saying he had previously broken orders.
They did not order a pre-sentence as jail was inevitable, the court was told.
They ordered Miller to pay a £129 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.
