OFFICERS are increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 28-year-old from Redditch who has gone missing.
Jake Neale was last seen leaving a house at 2pm on Sunday July 19 in Cherry Tree Walk, Redditch.
Police say Jake is "extremely vulnerable" and has underlying health conditions. They have launched an appeal to help locate the man.
The man is described as 5”8, medium build with light brown hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with writing on it, black trousers and black trainers.
Officers say it is possible he walked into Birmingham from Redditch. The appeal is also being shared with West Midlands Police.
People who have seen Jake, or have any information about his whereabouts, are asked to call police on 101, quoting the log number 00565i of the 19 July 2020.
