THE MINI-HEATWAVE in Bradford will be over after today, with temperatures set to plummet by almost 10 degrees Celcius.

Bradford experienced an absolutely scorching weekend and the city is expected to see highs of 23 degrees Celcius today, according to the Met Office.

The weather will begin cloudy, but soon change to be sunny by lunchtime.

But, you will need to make the most of it while you can.

From tomorrow, temperatures will struggle to make it above 14 degrees Celcius (a whole nine degrees less than today's high) until at least next week.

Tomorrow should see heavy rain, with temperatures ranging throughout the day between eight and 14 degrees Celcius.

The chance of precipitation in the morning ranges between 70 and 90 per cent, dropping to 60 per cent at midday when the weather will change to overcast.

Friday: Sunny intervals changing to cloudy by late morning, lows seven, highs 14.

Saturday: Sunny intervals changing to cloudy by late morning, lows seven, highs 12.

Sunday: Cloudy changing to light rain in the afternoon, lows eight, highs 13.

Monday: Cloudy, lows nine, highs 14.
