Redditch Town Hall
THE following applications have been made to Redditch Borough Council up to Friday, May 15:
- Proposed change of use of Unigate Dairies offices to six retail units and five one bed and two bed Apartments with front and side two storey extension - Unigate Dairies, Birmingham Road, Redditch.
- Retrospective planning application for conversion of former plant hire sales and service premises and associated yard, to one retail unit and one beauty/ hair dressing salon on Evesham Road.
- Retrospective planning application for conversion of office of previous plant hire business to a single bedroom dwelling on Evesham Road.
- Two storey rear extension, front porch extension and new detached double garage to front of property on Crumpfields Lane.
- Proposed two storey garage, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite extension at 23 Abbotswood Close.
- Erection of detached dwelling at The Torrs, Torrs Close.
- Reconfiguration of existing house and apartment to form three dwellings at The Torrs, Torrs Close.
