A CRACK cocaine dealer who was caught sitting on a toilet with his trousers down during a police raid has been jailed.

Liam Malvern was arrested when officers executed a search warrant at a house on Watkin Street in Orford on Thursday, October 24 2019.

The 19-year-old was sat on the toilet with his pants round his ankles, with Cheshire Police suspecting that he was attempting to dispose of drugs by flushing them away.

After a search, £200 was found in his pocket – with two mobile phones and a ‘dealers list’ also seized from the property.

Malvern, from Liverpool, had been visiting the address on a regular basing and using it to sell class A drugs.

The teenager was jailed for three years and six months at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday, March 23, after admitting being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.

He had only recently been released from prison for dealing heroin and crack cocaine at the time of the raid.

Detective sergeant Tom Hall: “Malvern had only just been released from prison after admitting supplying heroin and crack cocaine when he was caught once again by my team.

“He thought he could flush away the drugs and no police action would be taken, however he has learnt it isn’t as easy as that.

“We conducted thorough searches of the property and seized numerous items which provided vital evidence in uncovering the extent of the drug activity.

“Malvern was shown to be a regular visitor of the address and dealing crack cocaine to users.

“There’s only one place for this type of activity, and that’s prison.”
