REDDITCH’S least expensive streets have been revealed.
Gathering five year’s worth of sold house price data across the B49, B50, B96, B97 + B98 postcodes some of the cheapest residential streets include Roxboro House on Mount Pleasant and Southcrest Gardens in Redditch.
Meanwhile, the Ridgeway in Astwood Bank, Middletown Lane in Sambourne, and Stratford Road in Bidford on Avon have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.

Quick buying company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2015 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the area.
On The Ridgeway, three properties sold for an average of £635,766.
On Middletown Lane, four properties sold for an average of £617,500.
Also, Stratford Road saw four properties sell for an average of £566,125.
A couple of the cheapest streets included Roxboro House on Mount Pleasant (where 14 properties sold for an average of £78,964) and Southcrest Gardens in Redditch (where 9 properties sold for an average of £93,888).
Commenting on the data, a spokesman from Property Solvers said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting a detached property on Wixford, Alcester sold for £1.25 million in September 2019. Another detached property in Bartles Wood, Curr Lane sold for £1.18 million in August 2017. There were also a number of other sales over the £650,000 mark.”
“At the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for under £100,000 on Lingen Close in Redditch, Eunal Court on Well Close in Redditch and on Winyates Centre in Redditch."
