Firefighters attended the incident.
A CAR crashed into a block of flats in Redditch last night.
Fire crews and police were called to the incident in Union Street, in the Smallwood area, at 9.25pm.
The flats had to be evacuated after a gas pipe and the exterior of the building was damaged.
Hereford and Worcester Fire Control tweeted: "One car went into a 3 storey residential property 50 x 20m, damage to gas pipe and exterior of property, building evacuated.
"Thankfully no persons involved."
Firefighters from Redditch and Droitwich attended.
