REDDITCH Borough have risen to seventh spot Total Motion Midland League Division Two after they reeled off a 2-0 win over bottom side Bolehall Swifts in front of a bumper crowd of 216 at The Mettis.

Second half strikes from Jamie Hatfield and Craig Mailins did the trick, but Borough should have won by a much wider margin.

Borough spokesman Julian Workman said: "Billy Garvey missed a penalty and we failed to convert a hat-full of chances. If we'd won by eight goals, nobody could have complained.

"But we've now won our last four games and kept four clean sheets in the process."

Borough travel to Knowle FC this Saturday for a Midland League fixture.
