THE British Heart Foundation (BHF) is urging Redditch residents to take a break from their usual routine and donate some of their time to the charity.
The nation's heart charity has opportunities for enthusiastic go-getters who want to help raise essential funds to make a real difference to the work of the BHF and the health of future generations in the area.
Ways to get involved include volunteering as a schools co-ordinator, speaker and memoriam secretary.
