POLICE in Alcester are re-appealing for information after a dog has died after being attacked by another dog, described as a Pitbull.
The Jack Russell was attacked by the other dog on School Road/Henley Street, in Alcester, on July 17 at 12.15am.
This dog was with two males and a female aged around 16 to 18 years.
The Jack Russell received numerous injuries and unfortunately has now been put down.
A police spokesman said: "If you witnessed this incident or know any information on the owner of the dog please contact us quoting Incident number 0135 17/07/2018. Anonymous information can be passed to Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111."
In a separate incident a man in Alcester has recently been issued with a Community Protection Order by the local dog warden.
This order is to control two dogs that have caused problems in the past.
