REDDITCH runners are being asked to put their best foot forward again later this year to help raise vital funds for charity.

Organisers Redditch Lions are eager to keep pace with last year's successful Halloween Fun Run which raked in over £1,600 for good causes.

The money raised was split between Prostate Cancer UK and Rory the Robot surgical appeal.

This year's Halloween Fun Run will take place on October 28 around Redditch's Arrow Valley Park and is open to anyone who wants to run or just walk around the course.

Once again all the money obtained from entry fees will again go to Prostate Cancer and Rory the Robot.

Fancy dress is optional, but encouraged as there will be prizes on offer for the best dressed entrants.

Further details and entry forms can be obtained from http;/tinyurl.com/halloweenfunrun

Alternatively people can visit the Lions at the Green Fair in Arrow Valley Park on July 8.
