HIGH winds have forced trains between Birmingham and Redditch to be cancelled, due to damage to overhead wires.
West Midlands Railway confirmed the service had been suspended this morning due to damage to the overhead electric wires.
A spokesman added: "Due to damage on the overhead wires between Birmingham New Street and Redditch, all lines are blocked.
"Ticket acceptence on NXWM buses and road transport will run Redditch to Longbridge."
