FIREFIGHTERS tackled a fire in Redditch last night, which had spread across 20 metres of conifer trees.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze at 9.43pm on Saturday, November 5.
A crew from Redditch Fire Station was dispatched to Shelley Close, where firefighters used three hose reel jets and the main jet from the fire hydrant to tackle the blaze.
The fire was eventually extinguished and no one was reported injured.
