REDDITCH shoppers will soon be able to take advantage of a brand new kind of B&Q store – one of the first in the UK.
The home improvement and garden retailer chose the Jinnah Road store, in Smallwood, to launch a new range of products, a unique and brand new Valspar paint mixing desk offering paint in up to 2.2 million colours, and a click and collect service which will give customers 24 hours access to more than 19,000 products seven days a week.
For trade customers, the Tradepoint counter will also offer goods from hundreds of quality brands.
B&Q Redditch store manager, Mark Fountain, said: “We’re really excited about the launch of the new B&Q Redditch and look forward to welcoming our customers, old and new.
"In the meantime, despite the construction works, my team are doing a fantastic job making sure our customers can get everything they need to make their homes a better place to live.”
The new B&Q Redditch will launch July 3.
Construction works have started on site and the existing B&Q store remains open as usual.
