TWO people charged following the death of their baby daughter last year will appear in court.
Tyler John Vallance, aged 20, is accused of killing his two-month-old daughter Isabella Vallance.
He is also charged with with the ill treatment or neglect of a child to cause unnecessary suffering
Jessica Jamie Rosamay Wiggins, aged 18, of Engadine Road, Oakalls, Bromsgrove, is charged with causing or allowing the death of a child as well as the ill treatment or neglect of a child to cause unnecessary suffering and injury.
The pair were originally arrested on December 9 last year after their daughter received injuries at a Redditch home.
She died at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital on December 12 after being transferred there from the Alexandra Hospital, where she was originally admitted on December 7.
Mr Vallance and Ms Wiggins will appear before Worcester Crown Court later today.
