THE Big Local is asking residents of Church Hill to share their views on how they think the recently awarded £1 million Big Local grant should be spent to improve their area.

Cate Rose, a community engagement officer working with Church Hill Big Local said it was vitally important that the decision on how this money is spent comes from local residents.

She added: “Our online survey is really quick, and we want as many people as possible who live and work in Church Hill to complete it.”

The survey is available at www.surveymonkey.com/s/R3G3B6C or through the organisation’s new website.

If people prefer, they can give their views over the phone by calling Cate Rose on 07577 475331. Or they can visit her, Gail or Alex from the Big Local at The Way Cafe, St Andrew’s Church in Church Hill on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10am-2pm.

Church Hill Big Local, has launched its own dedicated website, where residents can view news about the project as well as an events calendar, useful links, contact information and a picture gallery. This can be found at www.chbiglocal.org.

Users of Facebook and Twitter can also share their ideas and keep up-to-date with the group’s work by visiting www.Facebook.com/Churchhillbl or through twitter @Churchhillbl
