MARIE Lawley, sales and lettings negotiator based at the Bridgnorth office of Phipps & Pritchard with McCartneys, is celebrating exam success.
She sat the NFOPP Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property and gained an impressive 95 per cent in Unit 1 and 100 per cent in Unit 2.
Her perfect score in Unit 2 was noted by the examining boaard as a rarity.
Phil Herdson, of the Bridgnorth office said he was delighted by Marie’s success which had been achieved by hard work and was a ‘feather in her cap’.
