BRAND new Brazilian restaurant, Fazenda, has released the first images of how the rodizio-style experience will look when it opens later this month.
The South American meat specialist, based on Colmore Row, will cater for lunch and dinner guests as well as provide the perfect setting for pre and post-meal drinks thanks to a 50-seater bar.
Guests can utilise the restaurant’s two private dining rooms for special occasions, or alternatively benefit from an exclusive dining and events space, suitable for larger groups of up to 60 people.
The restaurant, which opens on November 16 will offer continuous tableside service, giving guests the chance to sample up to 15 different meats.
Guests can also enjoy the gourmet sides bar, which features Feijoada - a traditional Brazilian stew – salads, cured meats and fresh sushi.
The Fazenda experience is also centred around fine wine, with the restaurant having a dedicated working wine room featuring more than 100 different blends, with a knowledgeable team on hand to recommend a glass to suit all tastes.
