NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF Planning notices PUBLIC PATH ORDER Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 And Paragraph 7 Of Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Public Footpath Diversion Order 2018 Footpath 556 (Part), Grafton Flyford, Worcestershire
On 12 March 2018 Wychavon District Council confirmed the
above Order.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to DIVERT that length and
the whole width of a section of public footpath no. 556, Grafton
Flyford, running from point A (OS Grid Reference 39629 / 25585)
in a southerly direction for approximately 49 metres to point B
(OS Grid Reference 39630 / 25580) where it meets the junction
of footpath no. 611 and footpath no. 612, all as shown on the
order plan (“the Plan”). Such footpath is shown by bold black
dashes on the Plan.
AND CREATE a diverted footpath running from point A (OS Grid
Reference 39629 / 25585) in a south-easterly direction for
approximately 50.5 metres to point C (OS Grid Reference 39632
/ 25581) where it meets footpath no. 612, all as shown on the
Plan. Such footpath is shown by a bold black line on the Plan
and shall be two metres in width and having on either side a one
metre clear verge.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Plan may be seen free of
charge at the Civic Centre at the address below or at the Evesham
Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham WR11 4SB
during normal office hours. Copies of the confirmed Order and the
Plan may be purchased there at a price of £2.00.
This Order comes into force on the date on which Wychavon
District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order
have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order
desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained
in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above
Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any
regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation
to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High
Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town
& Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on
which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of
Schedule 14 to that Act.
