(A4189 Warwick Highway (Easterly Direction),
Redditch)(Temporary One Way Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to impose a one-way traffic restriction on
A4189 Warwick Highway (easterly direction), Redditch,
from its junction with A4189 Warwick Highway
roundabout junction B4497 Batten Drive to its junction
with A4189 Warwick Highway roundabout junction
C2123 Claybrook Drive & Alders Drive. Traffic will
proceed in a westerly direction only.
The Order has been made to install a new trunk water
main by Severn Trent.
Alternative route: A4189 Warwick Highway, A4189
Warwick Highway roundabout junction B4497 Batten,
B4497 Battens Drive, A4023 Coventry Highway
roundabout at B4497 junction, A4023 Coventry
Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway: roundabout with
C2123, C2123 Alders Drive, A4189 Warwick Highway:
roundabout junction C2123 Claybrook Drive/Alder
Drive, A4189 Warwick Highway.
Maximum duration: 18 months Anticipated duration:
20 days: Commencing: 12 March 2018.
(Matchborough Way, Redditch)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Matchborough
Way, Redditch from its junction with A4189 Warwick
Highway for a distance of 175 metres in a south
westerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trent
works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Matchborough Way, Winyates Way,
C2123 Moons Moat Drive, A4023 Coventry Highway
Roundabout at B4497 junction, B4497 Batten Drive,
A4189 Warwick Highway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
12 days: Commencing: 3 April 2018.
(A38 Roman Way, Droitwich Spa)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of A38 Roman Way,
Droitwich Spa from its junction with C2255
Kidderminster Road to its junction with A38 Droitwich
Road in order to facilitate carriageway patching works
by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

4 nights 20:00hrs - 06:00hrs (within a 4 week periods):

Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018
[Prohibition of Waiting on Breaches Lane, Frankton
Close, Ashore Close, Brinklow Close and Clifton
Close, Redditch]
On 22 February 2018 Worcestershire County Council
made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit
waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides
of roads in Redditch:
Breaches Lane (north west side) from a point 9 metres
south west of its junction with Ashore Close to a point
11 metres north east of that junction; from a point
6 metres south west of its junction with Brinklow Close
to a point 8 metres north east of that junction. Breaches
Lane/Frankton Close (north west side) from a point
6 metres south west of its junction with Clifton Close
to a point 8 metres north east of that junction. Ashore
Close (west side) from its junction with Breaches Lane
for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction;
(east side) from its junction with Breaches Lane for a
distance of 9 metres in a north westerly direction.
Brinklow Close (west side) from its junction with
Breaches Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a north
westerly direction; (east side) from its junction with
Breaches Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a north
westerly direction. Clifton Close (west side) from its
junction with Breaches Lane for a distance of 16 metres
in a north westerly direction; (east side) from its
junction with Frankton Close for a distance of
17 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for
certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 15 March 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of
Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at
Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town
Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH,
and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP
during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council’s powers in making the
Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by
application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the
date on which the Order was made.

[Restriction of Waiting on Holmwood Drive and
Vicarage Crescent, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making
an Order the effect of which will be to restrict waiting
Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 10.00am and 2.00pm -
3.00pm on the following lengths and sides of roads in
Redditch:
Holmwood Drive (both sides) for its entire length.
Vicarage Crescent (north side) from its junction with
Holmwood Drive for a distance of 297 metres in a south
easterly then north easterly direction to a point
12 metres south west of its junction with Bromsgrove
Road; (south side) from its junction with Holmwood
Drive for a distance of 194 metres in a south easterly
then north easterly direction to a point 5 metres
south west of its junction with Vicarage View; from a
point 5 metres north east of its junction with Vicarage
View for a distance of 95 metres in a north easterly
direction to a point 15 metres south west of its junction
with Bromsgrove Road.
*NB This notice supersedes the notice advertised on
31 January 2018.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for
certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons vehicles.

of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be
inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning
Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch,

with Dale Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north
easterly direction. Meadowhill Road (both sides) from
its junction with Easemore Road for a distance of
19 metres in a north westerly direction. Dale Road
(north east side) from its junction with Easemore Road
for a distance of 7 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for
certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons vehicles.
