Road Traffic Regulation Act 198
(C2137 Birchfield Road, Webheath)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2137 Birchfield Road, Webheath from its junction with U30422 Tynsall Avenue to its junction with C2060 Foxlydiate Lane in orderto facilitate BT works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30417 Heathfield Road, C2060 Church Road, C2060 Foxlydiate Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 11 September 2017.

(U30023 Butler Street, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of U30023 Butler Street, Redditch from its junction with U30022 Foregate Street to its junction with U30027 High Street in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U30027 High Street, C2038 Feckenham Road, U30022 Foregate
Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 11 September 2017.

(U23228 Withybed Lane, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of U23228 Withybed Lane, Alvechurch from its junction with U23230 Withybed Close to its junction with U23229 Birches Lane in order to facilitate Network Rail works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route available. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 21 August 2017.

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Grimley Close, Redditch]
On 3 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Redditch:- Grimley Close (north side) from a point 50 metres west of its junction with Gaydon Close for a distance of 2.5 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 24 August 2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made

(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Limited Waiting and Permit Holders Only Parking and Prohibition of Waiting on Union Street, Redditch]

On 3 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Redditch: Union Street (north side) from a point 20 metres east of its junction with Millsbro Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point 20 metres east of its junction with Millsbro Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction. Replace limited waiting 15 minutes no return within 4 hours 8.00am - 6.00pm except permit holders with prohibition of waiting at any time (north side) from a point 5 metres west of its junction with Millsbro Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. On 3 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Redditch:- Pine Tree Close (south side) from a point 152 metres south of the easternmost junction with Foxlydiate Crescent for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 24 August 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall,
